Anne’s Spa Monthly Drawing for FREE Massage

At closing of each month, we will select one entry for a FREE massage。  Simply complete the entry form and place it in the container。  If you are the winner, we will notify you by phone and email。  The FREE massage is valid for ninety (90) days from notification。

RULES

• Complete a 30,60or 90 minute massage。
• Complete the entry form at the SPA. Entries can only be submitted at the Spa after a completed massage。
  • The entry will be for the massage time frame of your completed massage。
• An entry can be submitted after every paid massage per month to increase your chances of winning。
• Winner is selected at the end of the last day of the month at SPA closing。
• Notification will be provided by Phone and Email。
• The FREE massage will only be for the time frame of the completed massage you have just paid for。
• The FREE massage can be used by yourself or the person you designate。
• When claiming the FREE massage, simply bring the printed email that we issue to you。
